- Who Can Apply:

- Minimum educational qualification: 8th standard pass.
- Preferred Applicants:
- Postal pensioners.
- Those with access to computer facilities.
- Infrastructure Requirements:
- The applicant should have a properly maintained and accessible premises for running the franchise.
- Security Deposit:
- Minimum ₹5,000 in the form of NSC (National Savings Certificate).
