The National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, is conducting a walk-in interview for contract-based positions. This recruitment is for the Centre for Geo-Informatics Applications in Rural Development (CGARD), focusing on the Agro-climatic Planning and Information Bank (APIB) project at Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
Vacancy Details:
- Junior Project Scientist
- Positions: 4 (OBC: 1, UR: 3)
- Qualification: M.Tech./M.Sc./B.Tech. in Geoinformatics/GIS/SIT/RS or equivalent.
- Desirable Skills: GIS and Image Processing software expertise.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
- Remuneration: ₹25,000 per month.
- Job Role: Satellite and thematic data analysis for the project.
- Data Entry Assistant
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) pass.
- Desirable Skills: Data entry experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
- Remuneration: ₹15,000 per month.
- Job Role: Cadastral data entry for the project.
General Conditions:
- Appointments are on a purely contractual basis for six months.
- Candidates should bring their original documents and one set of photocopies for verification.
- No regularization or future claims for permanent positions in NIRDPR are entertained.
